changeing of the seasons

 here  its almost changing of the seasons hard to believe it 

summer time

 here we are now into summer  where does the time  go these days
stay cool  and have a safe summer 

bikeing

 went on a nice bike ride a few  weeks ago  on a real nice trail where  I  live at

swimming

  looking forward to be competing in  swimming here soon for the special olympics

5 k walk

 this sat I will be doing a five k walk  with a group im part of
